Mike Jennings is Partner and Patent Attorney at AA Thornton IP LLP, and a representative before the EU’s new Unified Patent Court. He is renowned for his strategic advice and expertise in computer-related inventions. With vast patent experience including as an in-house patent attorney for IBM Corporation, Mike has a high success rate navigating the patenting challenges for AI, computer simulation and modelling, and quantum technologies. He is also an advisor to the EPO through the Quality Working Group of SACEPO and Vice Chair of CIPA’s Computer Technology Committee.
