Launched in 2006, the Managing IP Awards programme spans a variety of IP practice areas and over 50 jurisdictions. For shortlisting, researchers evaluate data submitted by firms and public records from courts and IP offices. Their assessment prioritises work concluded in the preceding year, with a particular emphasis on case studies that have been crucial for clients or had a notable influence on IP law and practice.
About Mike Jennings: Mike is a UK and European Patent Attorney and a representative before the Unified Patent Court. He is renowned for his strategic advice and expertise in computer-related inventions at the threshold of patentability including AI, computer simulation and modelling, and quantum technologies.
