On Monday 24 July, A. A. Thornton & Co. took part in the Standard Chartered Great City Race, raising money for the charity “Seeing is believing”, a global initiative to help eradicate avoidable blindness.
This was the 7th year we have taken part in the event, which is a 5km race with around 6000 participants, starting at the Honourable Artillery Grounds and run through closed off streets in the heart of the City of London.
We were amongst the 164 legal firms taking part and were very pleased to rank 55th (our best ever result)!
